We use it at very high concentration 50/50 in lapping machines. Seems to be fine but I have no clue on normal machines. I use 251c on my mills and lathes and it’s great
Use 250c now but looking for higher surface finishes in aluminum. The 450 is what they recommended but I can’t seem to find any feedback on actual usage from anyone
Is your coolant filtered? The only finish problems I've had with 251C (which has a different additive package from 250C, including chlorinated paraffins) look like they are due to fines recirculating. I'm hooking up a TSC pump and filter system now to help combat that.
