Hey All,
I'm getting an amplifier fault #18 on an amp I just bought. If I move it to another axis the fault follows suit. However, If I run the sample program for tuning the comp and balance on the board it doesn't fault. It only faults when I am in my part program. I have cammed different parts of the program to test and it will fault on my absolute program. It never faults in the incremental test program. I even took out all the feed moves and ran the test program in rapid.....no fault.
I'm not very sharp on how these things run....but this makes no sense at all.
machine is a 2001 3016 boxway with hi torque motor and a/c brushless axis motors.
