Normally I'm pretty good with this stuff, but this thing has me feeling like a full blown simpleton.
Does anyone use these 3FL drills from SGS for aluminum? The ones I got in for this job have the TB coating on them. They're all pretty much 3X or 5X drills and the wizard is showing to run these things in the 100-125 SFM range with a chipload that's probably reasonable for 3FL drills. I've played with the website enough at this point, does anyone know some good starting parameters for these? Material is A13800, I believe die cast. Nice rigid setup.
