Hi all,

Hopefully a simple one, but for the life of me I can’t figure it out. I want to delete multiple files in one go as this machines memory is old and small so I’m doing this frequently.

I’ve tried the control, shift and delete buttons but no luck.

It’s shopmill version 11.98 from the late 90s.

Has anyone got any ideas?

This will save me a bunch of time. Even if it takes 20 minutes to do bulk deleting.

Many thanks,
Luke.

On our early 2000s siemens control. I just highlight a file hit select then move onto the next hit select and so on until all the files I want to delete are selected. Then I select delete files and answer yes (maybe yes to all) to the prompt. This is in the manage files window.

I’ve just tried this and it didn’t work. Maybe my version is the one before that update? Thanks for the idea though, i hadn’t tried that.

Solved-

Just an update for anyone’s future reference.

After some button pressing today, I have found that I can delete up to 10 files in one go.

Press,
- program manager
- highlight program to start deleting
- press delete
- Press ok 10 times for 10 programs
- this deletes the 9 programs below the one selected and the one selected too.
