I know that there aint much help here for Siemens, but - worth a shot....
Just lifted a drive from a cannibal that is 2 years older than our machine, but otherwise the same.
Although - I cannot verify that the motor is the same just yet.
The spindle drive appears to be an older model.
Our current drive has a lot of noise in it (on the scope).
Planning to bench test this one soon to see if it has the same noise or not, and if not - would like to swap in.
