Slitting Saw Pilot Hole Tolerance?

Got some slitting saws in - only other time I've used any is at the old shop where we had some oddball metric size and I made a holder myself to fit them since we were in a time crunch. Fast forward to today - I bought 1/2" pilot saws, and the holder is perfect at 0.0001-0.0002" undersized (of course it is perfect, it says Maritool on the side).

The saws came in a 0.010-0.012" too large!

That has to be a QC lapse, right? Folks don't dial in concentricity on these, do they?

Talked to a few other guys and sounds like these are certainly not supposed to be like this. I emailed my tooling rep to see what is up.
