Hello im looking for help i just bought a cicninati mill arrow 500 it was all right but after we move it to our shop have problem with spindle stop after i run spindle try to stop it just spin till it slow down by itself then show error spindle stop failure and remedy is to look for loosen wires but cant really find it where to look for them? i post pictures

Find documentation for the spindle drive and look in the trouble shooting pages for help. My first guess would be the wires that go to the braking resistor for the drive.

Or the braking unit itself has failed. I had one die on a Kitamura Mycenter.

Wow... I wish Fanuc was as forthcoming with useful alarm information as this. Right on the screen no less!

Me? I'd go through all the connections and make sure they're not loose or part way disconnected. Give them the wiggle treatment if you know what I mean. Keeping an eye out for pinched, pulled or snipped wires from moving and all that goes along with that.
