Anilam Crusader M issues

I recently purchased an bridgeport style mill with a anilam crusader M control. I have the machine powering up and the screen only displays one line of pixles. So im looking into replacing the CRT monitor. The servos however are noisy and move around. Is there a tuning procedure? Also i have the programming manual, are there any other manuals out there for the control?

little off the topic, But do you know how to run the machine? I have some training VHS tapes if you would pay freight I would send them to you.

Try powering the machine down then open the large cnc cabinet door. On the door there are circuit boards with colored tabs. Take the clamp off securing these and toggle the tabs so the boards move out and back in their sockets. Put the clamp back on and retry. You might need to do this more then once. Dan
