Title says it all. 1999 Fadal with 88HS control. Previous employee left a whole boatload of programs in the control, and nothing to tell what they're for. Just want to delete them all, but rather not do it one at a time.

3rd space bar menu.. #2 memory.. Go dig around in there, you
can clear your offset tables, or it looks like "all memory"..

Probably lose all your offsets also, but that is why they put a camera in
your phone... May be a big deal for you, or it may not.... I believe there
is a way to send your offset tables to the computer and send them back if need be.

For me, it wouldn't be a big deal, E21,E22,E23, back left corner of the left, middle and
right vises... And for some reason E10 is the 4th axis when I have it up there.. I change
tools constantly so the tool table wouldn't matter at all.

I would also probably make sure you are sitting at the cold start position just
in case it wants you to reboot.

This is why I send all my programs as o1000.. That way they just get written over
and the memory doesn't get all clogged up for no reason.. Storage space on a PC is
essentially free compared to memory in the machine.

Thanks Bob. yeah, despite my warning the kid that he's going to wind up with a bunch of programs that he doesn't know what they are used for, he went and still did it. Gee, thanks. :wrong:
