Tips to help replace my Analam 3000m

I recently bought a really nice mill with an Analam 3000m controller and all was working really well. However, the system now fairly regularly throws up a "primary node missing" error message and then seems to lose its mind completely. This requires a full reboot and is happening more frequently. The mill is way to good to throw away and I was wondering if anyone knew of a reasonable upgrade path for the old Analam 3000m system?

Instead of upgrading it, why not get it troubleshot and fixed? Jerry will probably hop on here and get you hooked up.

I second getting it fixed. I really like my 3000m. I use Fusion 360 and have very little issues.
A turn key retrofit price will make you choke- over $10k

Please have the customer contact me by e-mail, [email protected].
I need to send him cpu photos to see which cpu board is installed.
The bios settings cn change because of a dead cmos battery on the cpu board. This will cause his issues!
