    Default Trico Spray Master

I have a relatively new Spray Master mounted on our Milltronics Mill and the operator knocked the nozzle breaking it off of the mixer where the air and coolant meet. Coolant has been changed and full. If I hold my thumb over what is left of the nozzle, air comes through the coolant line back into the tank showing me the coolant line is not clogged up. There is no coolant coming out of the nozzle when turned on. Only Shop Air. Anyone have an idea as to what is going on here and/or how to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance for your comments

I don't have experience with that style, but We use Koolmist and Trico misters around the shop and on ours, the siphon and spray effect happen right at the tip of the nozzle, so if that's missing it's not going to draw anything up the line.

Thanks Mr. Naegle. Reattached nozzle after removing 1 of the sections and it works fine. Thanks again. 20200326_121901.jpg
