So anyone else have problems installing TrustyCook spindle liners when it's hot out? The urethane they use sure does expand in warm weather. Normally they slid right in, not today. I usually can put one end in a bucket and run some cold water over/though them and they shrink up enough. The liner I need to use right now has a 2.5" ID with only about a .06 wall. No go. That thing will not go in. Frustrating........... I'll try the freezer I guess...............

Is it the tube itself, or the O-rings? It gets over 100 degrees in this shop during summer, and we have never seen the tube itself swell up that much. I take the O-rings off. We don't run over 3500rpm, so a little vibration is fine.
