Universal Spindle load meter? Where to get one?

Doing a few control updates on a machine. The load meter is a stand alone analog one. Works fine but a little busted up. Would like to install a nice digital one (maybe) but if that becomes a hassle, a nice analog may have to do. I like how Haas does it in there control. Open to ideas.

The meter says 10V on it so I assume just a 0-10V input, and has 10Kohm resistance.

some digital volt meters react too fast and the readings wildly fluctuate fast giving no steady readings. not sure if adding a resistor or capacitor would steady the readings ?? and whether it would be in series or parallel to the meter ??

I replaced the load meter on my VF2, a new analog meter from Haas is only $35.

I prefer analog for load meters- easier to read at a glance than a jumpy digital readout.
