Mitsubishi Meldas 500 control

I'm new to this machine control. Using a 1/2" end mill finishing a hole. Trying to adjust the tool radius wear offset. Doesn't matter how little or big I go, the tool doesn't take anymore off. It's like it's not reading the offset I punch in. Any ideas what I could be missing?
