Default Vermac mill drill cnc conversion

Hello ! I have a mill dill machine with quill in z axis and I want to covert it to cnc. I tested the rigidity by pulling the spindle and measure the with z and bed locked I had o.1mm off with 10 kilos of force. I want your opinion about this conversion. Would it be a disaster? I want to machine aluminum and steel. I have to say it's a round column machine and I want to achieve 0.025mm precision. Ball screws are a must

Sorry bud but this really isn't the forum for this. Read the rules.
