We have Mits m3 on a vertical machining center.

When we run parts using flood coolant, control will shut down completely. Just like you pushed the control power off button.
We can run same program with no coolant. Machine runs fine.

Machine will restart with no problems. No alarms.

Problem seems to get worse longer machine is run during the day.

We have replaced coolant pump and coolant pump contactor.
Contactor is 220 volt coil.

Any thoughts?

Start trying to isolate the problem. Disconnect the mains and the pump from the contactor and see if the problem persists. If it does start heading back to the relay and or I/O board, if it doesn't persist then work in the other direction.
