Unobtainium 316A if I remember correctly. Not fully hardened, and heat treated to jurassic phase.

You could make a perfectly functional one from A36 (generic plate steel), case hardened and finish cut/bored/ground as needed. Case depth of ~.06" with a cut allowance of ~.01" - .02". Use CBN inserts if cutting.
