What kind of hose for oil circuit spindle chiller?

Need to rehose the chiller circuit on one of our older Hurcos. It uses hydraulic oil, and it gets pretty cold on the outlet side.

Current hoses are basic 3/8" PU tubing, I think they are kinked inside the cable chain to the head because they keep swelling up and bursting right at the pump, and I can't find any obstruction at the spindle.

What would be the best kind of tubing to replace them with?

PU Tubing??? Polyurethane?

My Mori uses Nylon if not mistaken.

You might want to check your pressure. It's just a chiller and shouldn't need much. Bursting tubes sounds like over pressure.

Nothing I can do about the pressure, it's a gear pump with no bypass. It's supposed to be entirely free flowing round the circuit and back into the tank...

My DMG started popping PU air lines for no particular reason, age I guess.

Probably good for 10 years

IF you are not going to own it for more than that....

My coolant reinforces rubber lines tend to start to die right at the fittings
