Wipers for THK NSR-20 LM Rails

Our Mitsubishi HMC [MPA 80A] has a Top mounted ATC unit [BT-50] that moves between the Spindle and Magazine for Tool Change. The Horizontal movement is on THK NSR 30 TSB LM Rails, which run on Re-circulating Roller Ball Block. The vertical movement for Tool Change runs on THK NSR-20 TSB Rails, similar blocks. Both the units have a semi-circular block [LBS 30 and LBS 20], not the usual rectangular block, The THK dealer is surprised with this arrangement. The Wipers are NSR 30 & 20 respectively.

For the NSR-20 [Vertical Movement], I have replaced the roller block with an Aluminum-Bronze block wirecut to the same profile, to give it a sliding fit, this arrangement has worked fine for the last 6 years. now i need to replace the Wipers, but THK don't sell these wipers separately now.

can any of you advice me on this. how to make the rubber profile on wiper.

find somebody nearby with a small laser cutter and have them cut you a bunch?

i was told that laser cutting rubber causes it to loose its properties.

Just look into hydraulic cylinder seals, you want rod wipers. You might have to adapt your bits a bit but there easily available.
