those are Soviet copies based on the universal mill layout (675 is the most common one), some are closer to Deckel design, others are more like Maho, build quality also tends to vary a lot, here is a list from the same site I linked in the other topic - Металлорежущие станки и металлообрабатывающее оборудование.
