Aciera F4 handwheels

My Aciera F4 has suffered some damage during it's lifetime. Among the bumped, bent, scratched and broken is the "Z" axis handwheel.
I only have pieces of what was on it, and I am not sure if that was original.

Would some one be able to tell me what size and material the original most probably was?

Some of the other handwheels on the machine are 170mm cast iron.
The Z "bits" I have seem to indicate that it was similar size but aluminum.

Thanks
Peter

My F4 and F5 each have all aluminum handwheels that are the same except Y not having a crank on the F5. The Z handwheels are 180 mm diameter by 30 mm thick aluminum disks with a large chamfer on the front and some dishing on both sides. They would be easy to turn from a slice of 6061-T6.

My F5s are the same as rklopps, all are aluminium, Y has a crank and the RHS X has a crank but Z and LHS X do not.

Rklopp and rblalexander,
Thanks for your responses.
It is becoming obvious that my machine is a bit older than yours.

I am going to look into getting a piece of aluminum and make one.

Cheers
Peter
