I agree, looks like a Van Norman. Others with more VN knowledge can tell us the model.
This thread reminds me of a good one years ago between JimK touting VN and others touting Deckels as to which was best for repair shop use. JimK was very knowledgeable and amusing to read, but unfortunately is no longer with us. He especially liked the VN xxxQ machines that had a quill.

I should have realised after looking at the picture more closely that it had to be something other than a Deckel, just from the position of the motor...Jim

Biggest difference is that there is cross feed on the "knee"

Dead clue to me is that other than being a milling machine looks nothing like a Deckel
