Deckel (Dialog 11) - NPC card IC CMOS type

Hello,

I have a question about the memory type on the NPC card in the Dialog 11 control. My machine has HM3-65261-5 memories. Unfortunately, the availability of this type is very poor. Can this type be mixed with for example HM3-65261C-5?
The difference according to the manufacturer's card is:
blank - standard
C - Low speed, High current

(Great if Milacron could comment, but his mailbox is full.)

Does anyone have information about a CMOS memory tester at an affordable price?

If you are able to build simple electronics hardware and do some elementary programming, you can easily build an Arduino-based CMOS memory tester. I have not done this myself, but if you google for 'Arduino SRAM tester' or 'Arduino DRAM tester' you will find that others have done this. This shouldn't cost more than tens of Euro, assuming that you already have a laptop or desktop computer to program/control it.
