Deckel FP2 long head

I Bought this FP2 accessory from someone that was "cleaning shop" and wanted to sell all his unwanted goods. Not sure why he didn't just keep it, as he owns a FP2.

Anyway, I thought I'll take it, as apart from cosmetic damage to the paint, it seemed to be unused, or used very little. I could not see any marks on the inside of the taper and after removing the head from the ram, the bevel gears were also very clean and doesn't seem to have any wear marks on. I think a lot of these accessories are bought with the machines and just never really used.

This head is also the same as the normal FP2 vertical head (I think). Anyway, question is what is this worth, and are there anyone interested in what appears to be a little used FP2 head and long ram?

On German Ebay, in reasonable condition, these sell for 500-1000 Euros.

Martin, you may be right, particularly if you are talking about the "buy it now" prices that some dealers list. But I have noticed that in bidding, the actual winning prices are substantially lower.

Hi Peter.

Is that the clamp with the support for the horizontal spindle? In that case, I do have it.

One clamp is stil on it It is bolted to the stationary part to clamp the sliding part
