Think the high frequency grinding motors(spindles) run up to 60,000 RPM, or more.....

The bearing is S6003 which dimensions are 17X40X12mm. So 40x60.000=240.0000 The hi frequency heads are two types 15-30k and 30-60k rpms

From this as I see Isoflex NBU 15 wont do the job. I talked to Kluber representative and he recommended Klüberspeed BF 72-22 grease and he said this grease is a bigger brother of Isofleh Super TEL...

I just want to let you know for those who are searching for special grease for high speed frequency motors from Deckel LK I researched a bit and noticed that Isoflex Super TEL is rated to 1M rpms while this new Kluberspeed bf 72-22 is rated to 2M rpms. So I went with it, im quite shore this could or is substitute for older Super TEL grease for this grinding head bearings.

One question to you all Deckel LK owners...Did Deckel made two versions of optical scales? Asking because I can only read to 0,005mm increments trough optical window, while some have micron increments? Do I missed something?lk.jpg
