I was hoping to get some advice. I picked up an older S0E at an auction recently. I am going through the machine and found that the front cover for the filter housing is stuck.
From the parts manual it appears there is on an eccentric cam that actuates a pin to fix the cover in place. I tried rotating the knob/cover with channel locks and a leather strap to protect the knurling. It will not budge. I lightly applied torque as it appears there is only a small set screw that fixes the knob to eccentric cam.
Is there a way to access this cover from the rear of the machine? It seems my options are limited working from the front.
Thanks.
