The problem is if you are to quick with thinking it is fraudulant you can miss on those good deals
But I have to make a living out of it

Yes, but the probability of a genuine deal goes down with every failed benchmark.
Add on top the very low price, success seems minuscule.
I can mail you the guys phone number if you want to buy an FP4M for 7500€.
If it would have been around the corner I would have looked at it (or rather tried to).

Here is a funny one. And enigmatic.

    This is on german EBay:
Fraiseuse cnc universelle DECKEL FP 4 MA | eBay
Someone from the UK selling an FP4MA on german EBay with a low buy-now INCLUDING shipping anywhere in EU. (is this Brexit related?)

Checking his feedback there is bad rating from someone who bought the machine before from him, complaining about the long delivery time. But the seller replies that at least he DID deliver.

So now it is back in the UK?

    Fascinating.

    and ....... deleted by EBay

    On edit:

Machine location is in "Crook", UK ! lmao

Picture search shows machine being on offer in Germany in summer 2020.

Lots of scams in UK craigslist for Deckels, Acieras, Schaublins, Hauser, Martin saws etc..
And someone has been trying to sell Jesse Jame's Eckold kraftformer on UK Craigslist for many years now.

Some years back Ebay scammer had an Eckold for sale. I wanted the machine but was suspicious due to price. Called up the police for the Penzance area, whose jurisdiction covered the Isles of Scilly, where machine was supposedly located. They said no such manufacturing operation exists on the island. Informed Ebay, they pulled the add. Informed about the scam on the MetalShaping forum.

Aciera scam , allegedly in Phoenix Arizona.

Pictures taken from original owners, a Bulgarian company. Got email reply from the company saying they sold the Aciera to someone in Germany and highly doubt he re-sold it to someone in the US.

Below link, to Phoenix classified scam

Below link to the Bulgarian company who took the original pictures and Sold the machine years ago.

    Another scam recently
A shop in poland ordered a machine with me
They wanted to pay with a Eurocheque Orders from the boss
Well Our banks no longer take cheques and also Eurocheques are not in use from 2005 on
Also his VAT nr was with a different name
    I confronted him with this
The excuse was He mixed up with another machine from Russia with was canceled
And the name on the VAT nr was correct This was the name of their official bussiness buth the name they provided was their tradesname
Well I have seen this before
I gave them a pro-forma invoice Not a formal invoice
I day later I got a cancelation for the machine
What are they after I wonder ???
    My bankaccount number ??
Not a big secret as it is on every invoice I issue
    My VATnumber?? The same

Latest scam here is offering something for a real low price such as a skid loader, tractor, car or motorcycle, etc.. In my case two Harley motorcycles for thousands below resale prices. They get you interested but have some excuse as to why it can’t be seen such as they’re called for active duty in the military or similar but it’s in storage and ready to ship. Then you’re instructed to pay with something like Google Checkout with a link that they supply. The Google Checkout is real but their link takes you to a fake site, if you follow that as soon as the funds are added they grab them never to be seen again.
I saw the two bikes posted as soon as they came out and called both numbers, both had nobody picking up so I left a message on the answering service. I got a text wanting my email address so they could send more photos, I messaged them back telling them I couldn’t buy a motorcycle by email and had cash if they wanted sell all they had to do is call and I would come and buy it. Never got another message or call from them so I started investigating, turns out Ohio state attorney general had a warning write up about this activity.
I have to agree with Peter, scammers are getting better.

In the last couple of days I could have given examples of clear scams on EBay Small Ads in Germany every day. Always the same, but getting slightly better. Always no name ("privat"), no phone, no good info. When contacting the seller the same one-liner will come like "yes, no problem". I never got beyond that. They just do not want my money. Right now there is a nice Schaublin 125C with nice options for 3500€. Same seller seemingly.
I guess this is the new normal.

I have stuff to sell on that site and also buy stuff there. I have and give a name, a phone number and write in full sentences with reasonable spelling and grammar.
These days that makes me exceptional.
I never thought I'd get there that easily.

The receptacle on the left is the standard 380 (400)v 3 phase one in Switzerland. You can plug either a 3 phase plug into it or a 240v single phase; pretty handy.
Is it a Perilex ? They have those in Sweden for stoves and such in kitchens. In Finland one must permanently attach a stove or similar appliance. I wondered if they had any other uses. I've often thought CEE outlets are so big and bulky, do they need to be this large?

Here is a nice one, look at the counter, it has 5 places, all I have seen had 6. The machine has reappeared on kleinanzeigen after a few days of absence.
Maho MH600 W in Bayern - Rosenheim | eBay Kleinanzeigen
I'm not sure if it's fradulent but the counter photo looks strange, 4k hours? Unclear and looks like retouched.

That doesn't look fake to me, looks like it's a business getting rid of some of their machinery, PROKUTEC GmbH in Raubling - Feinmechanik Look under the "Rechtliche Angaben"

That is indeed not a scam, it is just that our favorite NC machine have gotten real cheap in Germany.
There is more coming onto the market then can be absorbed.
Nice Deckel machines now show up starting around 5k for D4 or 11 controls. Simultaneously the parts situation has gotten a lot better for the electronics.
For pre Dialog 4 controls it gets even cheaper.
Also if there is a defect, like in this case.
I presume MAHO to be similar, but the control situation may be more problematic there.

    Has weird prices though.
Maho 600W, minor fault with Z-axis scale, quite top end from what it looks with 4500h on it, 5000€
Maho 600P, with useless straight line control, single servo with clutches and ACME screws, 10000€??

If the offerings are "fake" can't you make the deal using "Fake" currency....(bogus PayPal, counterfeit cash, phony Bit Coin, rubber check etc.....)

    Cheers Ross
