Yes, but the probability of a genuine deal goes down with every failed benchmark.
Add on top the very low price, success seems minuscule.
I can mail you the guys phone number if you want to buy an FP4M for 7500€.
If it would have been around the corner I would have looked at it (or rather tried to).

Here is a funny one. And enigmatic.
This is on german EBay:
Fraiseuse cnc universelle DECKEL FP 4 MA | eBay
Someone from the UK selling an FP4MA on german EBay with a low buy-now INCLUDING shipping anywhere in EU. (is this Brexit related?)
Checking his feedback there is bad rating from someone who bought the machine before from him, complaining about the long delivery time. But the seller replies that at least he DID deliver.
So now it is back in the UK?
Fascinating.
and ....... deleted by EBay
On edit:
Machine location is in "Crook", UK ! lmao
Picture search shows machine being on offer in Germany in summer 2020.Last edited by Martin P; 02-26-2021 at 09:59 AM.

Lots of scams in UK craigslist for Deckels, Acieras, Schaublins, Hauser, Martin saws etc..
And someone has been trying to sell Jesse Jame's Eckold kraftformer on UK Craigslist for many years now.
Some years back Ebay scammer had an Eckold for sale. I wanted the machine but was suspicious due to price. Called up the police for the Penzance area, whose jurisdiction covered the Isles of Scilly, where machine was supposedly located. They said no such manufacturing operation exists on the island. Informed Ebay, they pulled the add. Informed about the scam on the MetalShaping forum.
