It's a second generation FP1 (dial type with no.40 spindles) so could be as late as 1976. These are much less common than the older FP1 with levers and MT4 spindle, so you have a relatively rare machine.
The generation is mostly what matters really, not the year. Although there can be details that matter via the year....for example the FP1 final generation started about 1978 but not until about 1981 or 1982 did they come with power feed on Y axis, plus a separate coolant motor.
Also the oldest second generation apparently still used MT4 spindles but yours appears to be no. 40.
Your serial number looks odd, like maybe you got it from the electrical box rather than the machine itself.
