    Default I have another one Thiel 140

    Last week I bought another nice Thiel TH140
    I did have one before and know this are really nice machines
    Probably the smallest real milling machine with 3 powerfeeds rapids and quiil with NT40

    Interesting machine! The column seems extraordinarily narrow. It is on a similar scale as an Aciera F4 that has 200 mm Y travel, which I find is barely enough. Is the top speed of the vertical spindle also limited to 2000 RPM? That seems slow for such a small machine.

    Yes Max rpm is 2000
    A Aciera F4 is heavier I suspect
    The angle head can be moved along the Y-axe so total workenvelope is much bigger
