W20 mill tooling?

Hi all,

I recently bought my first mill - an Aciera F3. It's an absolute beauty and I love it.

However, I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the most practical way to make use of the W20 spindle taper in the F3. I have a mostly-complete set of collets, but I suspect for many tools (e.g. face cutters, boring heads etc) a dedicated arbor would be better. But, I can't for the life of me find tools/arbors in W20.

Is there something I'm missing here? How does everyone else make the best use of a W20 spindle?

You can buy used W20 tooling on Ebay.de or ricardo.ch.

Some inexpensive new W20 stuff is available from Search results for W20 | RC Machines Luxembourg EN but this is mostly for lathes.

I notice that RCM sells w20 machinable blanks: W20-Schaft mit weichem zyl.Ende 26 mm - RCW20ZG | Aufnahmen | RCM-PRODUKTION | RC Machines Luxembourg
Would it make sense to make my own arbors? Or would the necessary precision put it beyond the capabilities of my humble home workshop?

Some home shops are better fitted out than others....
Would guess that good ID/OD grinding would be a must if any precision was to be obtained.
