Error: C3B0 Motor X does not rotate
Which is funny because the x axis does not rotate...it is a linear motor....
anyway, on the odd chance someone had a linear axis DMG machine and has had a failure, I cannot imagine what it is going to cost when a tech come in here and starts swapping parts out.
Phone support guy says check the motor cable and encoder cable. Schematics are in German...
History:
owned since new 2003
sporadic "axis has moved" errors on startup, since like forever, basically say OK and then enable machine, carefully move it a tad, then restart, "axis has moved" error, but this time with the correct numbers, carry on. Doing that for more than 7 years
Recently gotten worse, more often, then if you do not reboot the machine instantly it emos and throws an error.
I am sure there are few of these around, but its worth a try
