DMU TNC 430 measuring system defective Y axis

Hi I have a problem with my DMU 103 V
TNC 430 control
I replaced the heidenhain measuring scale on the Y axis, I also pulled the belt on the Y axis motor
and I have a big position -3634.019 the machine goes to the reference points but in manual mode when I'm driving the Y axis,
the Y system defective error

now I have to change something in the machine parameters to be good?
I am asking for help in the pictures in the attachment

Ok, chronology of your problem?

why did you replace the scale?

The error means the system does not like what it is seeing from the scale.

does the display count when you move the scale?

is it counting in the correct direction?

i replace scale becouse was defect and i change bearings on ball screw and I ripped the belt
display shows ok when servo is off then i see looks good
direction i good

I know the Heidenhain guys are very helpful over here, i would try whoever does heidenhain service over there

they will know all the reasons for that error

bad wiring or disconnected will get the error as soon as you enable the machine

this 'feels' like it is not getting the readings the control expects, but I am not sure

is the new scale 'exactly' like the old scale?

scale is the same
the machine goes to points ok but all the time has high positions, and probably because the error pops up, I think it is out of the limit

I solved the problem, the cable from the ruler was damaged

after replacing the cable, I show a good position thank you for your help
