Maho 600, axis won't move

Hello,

I have a (new) problem with my Maho 600 running Philips 432; nor X-, Y- or Z-axis will move.

When trying to reference search the axis it says "run" but nothing happens. Nothing happens when trying to jog either.

There is no error code on the screen but I get error code 14 at the display at the back of the machine.

Error core 14 according to my electrical documentation is something with some sort of AC-drive (see image below)

I have checked voltage on different places on the drive modules and I'm a bit confused about some readings:
1: On three connections I'm reading -99V between ground and the connections. To me(not an electrician!) that's a bit odd, shouldn't it at least be higher potential than ground??
2: The voltage on the feed for the servo drives (for the X-, Y- and Z-axis) it only reads 12.6 V but the servos are rated to 24V. Shouldn't the servos be feeded with 24V and not 12.6 V?

Anyone has any ideas about my measurements(is it correct?) and have any ideas why my axis won't move?

It's been years since I owned a Maho, but those voltages do not look right.

I thought the warning stickers on the drives mentioned the busbar voltage? Originally there were plastic covers over the input/ output wires, maybe this is where it was noted.
