Maho 800P

Does anyone have a start up procedure for the Maho 800P.

An older friend purchased a used Maho 800P from General Dynamics in Michigan back in 2010. This has the 40 National Tool Holder. He hooked it up in his shop and was able to manually control the machine (move the table, rotate the head, move the head up/down, etc). He never got around to learning how to program the computer, as the project he was planning to use this for was cancelled. So it has sat in his shop since then unused

He tried starting it recently and was not able to get the table to move (where he had moved it before). He did get the head to rotate. He does not have the manual for this machine and he could not recall what he did to get the machine to manually work.

Is there a start up procedure for this machine? Any thought on what the issue might be?

yes, that is the machine

Is that TNC 155 operating sistem? If so, I have the operating manual.
For TNC usualy the start procedure is...Press CE button when Power Interupted apears then activate hydraulics(dor switch) and after that pressing the Feed ON button and in the end press on the axis you whant to move to pass the reference points. Don't forget tu lift the Emergency Stop button if is pressed. Good luck!
