HELLO.
We have two Philips CNC MAHO 700 S machines. One of them knocks out an error Z 02 Z 07 with uncontrollable jerk forwards or backwards. The error occurs within 1-3 hours of the beginning of the business day. Then after the first time the error occurs earlier. From the another MAHO machine we change the motor, drive and board of the Z axis were changed to MAHO with erorr. The error did not go away. Visual inspection did not help. Help what it can be?

I'd check stabilized voltage rails in the control for ripple and drift first, first when you power it up cold, and then when the problems start

I'm guessing that this Maho uses linear scales (probably they are Heidenhains with sine wave output) for positioning, you should check the signal quality coming out of those, if the signal level is marginal, and the voltages in the control are drifting with temperature changes, that together might cause problems

Glass scales might need cleaning, and the light bulb in the reading head may need replacing, if you do replace the light bulb, you'll need to align it after to get the correct signal levels coming out of it, look at this thread, it is packed with great information on repair and refurbishment of Heidenhain scales - Repairing Heindenhain VRZ 753B + LS803 scales
