accidently posted my last thread in the wrong catagory(newbi).
Trying to trouble shoot the Pallet Changer on my Mori MV-40B with MF-M4 Fanuc control.
Pallet A is inside and ive tried to use reference position G30P4 to bring machine into exit position and use M63 in MDI mode to move Pallet A out but it prompts y not 3rd reference position error.
If i move to G30P3 i have position ready lights but the outside Pallet would be in the way of removing the inside Pallet.
Could it be that the PC value has the wrong Pallet stored and believes that B is inside the machine?
Anyone know which parameter # determines the stored Pallet and which bit would need to be changed to make home position P4 the correct removal position?
Anyone have a manual or documentation for the APC-6 Pallet changer?
