I am trying to get a 1998 FX-10 that has been in storage for 1.5 years running.
I have changed out the battery and loaded the exec.
I have not loaded the pitch error diskette.

I am getting the following errors when I turn on the control:

S03 Servo Alarm: NR 0046 X
Load Pitch error
M06 H/W Stroke End

I have done the following:
1) reloaded the exec
2) turned the control off for 10 to 20 sec and then turned it back on.
3) made sure the breakers were not tripped.

I do not know how to load the pitch error although I do have the diskette.
Is the fact that I have not loaded the pitch error diskette causing the S03 alarm?
I believe I wired the servos correctly. Are they located on the lower right side of the control?

Any help would be appreciated. I don't know were to go from here.

Thank you
Mark

Parameter, input /output page. Put the disk in and load the .prm files.

Look at the X servo see if it's showing an alarm.

Alarm 46 is a motor overheat error. If you get it immediately on startup it's probably just a bad connection. Check the connections on the terminal block along the bottom of the servo amp (remove the panel on the right side of the control cabinet for access). For the X axis temperature sensor it should be the LG1 and LG2 terminals.
