Hello!

I have problem with alarm on machine AGIE CHARMILES CU20 .
The alarm is number 30686 Incorrect current on lower current pick-up.
Some time it wrote this alarm some times it wrote for upper current pick up.
We already clean all electrode and all contact.

Have anyone have same problem.

Regards T

Tope,

I've listed the most likely causes below.

- Lower or upper current pick-up (contact) worn. You mentioned that you've cleaned them, but be sure they've been rotated as well.
- Defective contact cooling. Verify that your upper contact and lower contact wetting is occurring by moving UV 2 inches in either direction and turning on the thread jet. You should see a stream of water from the upper nozzle and a steady flow of water dripping from the upper head.
- Special type of machining (example: ''No core cut'' too much empty pulses)
- It's also possible that your ADC23 CH1 board is defective. I can send you a procedure for checking this if all the above checks out (though your best bet would be to reach out to the AgieCharmilles service for the proper support).

Hi!

Cooling is Ok.
Could you send me procedure for checking.
Is it possible that the ground cable is not OK
