AGIE CUT 200D Z axis home position

You need to home Z then home UV then you can move Z down.
This is done to reset the ZUV axis correction. The UV moves to correct the Z axis position as Z is moving down.

Hi !

So... my Z is not really homing. Using the "black remote" to home X Y it works ok.
Z i can not home at all. Z moves up 5 mm and then stops . then i start the homing again then moves 5mm up.
I can do that untill it reached the LIMIT switch... then stops. But no referencing.
Then i have to manually move (rotating the pulley) the Z down some to move away from the limit switch.

UV i can not move... can not move to reference either.

Currently the machine has no wire and no AIR connected (if that is even needed for axis zeroing)

I get a message that it has not memorized Z reference....see pic.

Well....

I can not believe that the "brains" behind this 200D were logical.... By not indicating that the AIR pressure will cripple your machine...
Or at least make an offline possibility to do referencing. Of course by tricking the machine (disconnected the pressure sensor) i was able to do all the referencing... And them moving Z down , U V too.

That's a big mistake they made. Not even de manual is mentioning that thing.

But wait.. there is more... (see other thread)

Thanks people !
