Default AGIECHARRMILLES CUT 20 upper electode using

    Hi everyone

I have several problem with CUT20. I hope that somebody have similar that he can help me.
First problem is that the upper contact is using to much after 10 hour i have to rotate .
I check and clean all critical parts.

The second problem is that dimensions off the part in not the same at the upper nozzle and lover nozzle.
At the lower nozzle is approx 0.02 mm lower. The machine made part like a carrot shape.
    I already calibrate the wire.
Is it possible that is something wrong with wire tension.

    regards T

check to make sure the upper carbide cooling is working (lots of water filling box where upper contact is located) and the contact retract is working (contact moves in and out when 3rd button down in right hand column on hand box is pushed.c20handbox.jpg

    Toni,
You'll need to purchase a tension meter to verify correct tension. I would definitely recommend making the investment as it will help troubleshoot and isolate common issues one wedm. Have you also ran the wire alignment cycle recently and checked the guides for wear?
