Hello. I need help.
Recently I faced a problem with our Agiecut 200D. There is an errors 1491 - "Mains failure or voltage too low" and 180 - "CNC not ready for start" immediately after start-up. I think that 1491 is a first trouble to be solved but maybe I'm wrong.
In description of error 1491 I found that a problem in a voltages of LPS-20 and SUS-02/25 boards. I checked all the voltages on inputs and outputs of that boards and they all is in right range.
I noticed a DCLOW signal (from voltage comparators) that comes out from board SUS-25 (P2) and both of LPS-20 (P22 and P30). The DCLOW is a low active, i.e. 0VDC when there is an error. The DCLOW signals from these boards are combined and lead to other boards SBC-08 (P3), KCB-04 (P1) and DWC-05 (P23). I checked a level of voltage of the DCLOW and it's a 5.03 VDC.
I cut a wire from pin P2-19 (DCLOW) of SBC-08 board and tried to start-up the machine but nothing happend. Machine is started-up in the same state with the same errors 1491 and 180. Because of this I suspect the SBC-08 board to wrong interpet a DCLOW signal from LPS and SUS. There is a voltage supervisor on the SBC-08 board (MAX681).
Now I understand that it was not enough just to cut off the wire. It was necessary to pull the signal down to the ground.
And my question is: Only the SBC-08 board affects 1491 error generation or other two board KCB-04 and DWC-05 can also be the cause if the DCLOW has a HIGH level signal?
