A friend has lost the program to his Belmont ASTEC CDH2AM. His efforts to find a fix have been less than fruitful. Any ideas or options to get him back up and running? Thanks in advance!!
Try calling Belmont? The number is somewhere on their website: belmont4edm.com They have been fairly helpful to me. I'm not sure what you mean by lost the program, though. If it's a material file that holds the cutting parameters for a specific material, I bet they could email that to you.
He said it has lost all programming/memory. His indicators randomly show numbers. He tried Belmont but I don’t think they have been real helpful so far.
