Default Best low wear electrode for AL7075

We are prepping a job in AL7075 that takes a lot of electrode setup. (Perpendicularity, etc..)
So basically have to use one electrode for four parts.

Other than copper-tungsten, what is the longest wearing electrode material for AL7075? Will the burn time be ridiculous compared to graphite?

We have used copper-tungsten in the past on other materials, and the burn rate (MRR) was very slow.

    Hi Clay:
Is there a way to make four electrodes in one accurately enough to do what you want?
That way you only make your one setup but you still have four burn areas to go to town with.

I use Telco for everything and I have not noticed excessive wear burning 7075 aluminum.

    Cheers
