    Default Charmille Form 2-LC

Machine appear works with no issues but is eroding the carbon instead the work piece.sparks are visible. Any advice about how to erode the work piece. Ground appear is good. Changing polarity does not solve the problem. What is missing. Machine was purchase in an auction , an according with seller ? Was working before Was disconnected.

    Cold roll using carbon tool.
Voltage during cicle is 100 vac and current is a it 4 amp. Just erode 1mm a little in an hour. If more current is use heat In excess the tool not eroding. Ton 4 sec. Toff 2 sec. 1/64 , I have a video to share. Looks like one power module is not working properly. Looking for electrical diagram to check connections. Machine was purchase in an auction and is suppose to work, but, it’s not the case.

Google Charmilles 3rd party EDM repair, lots located in Chicago area.
I have a contact in Canada but of no use to you since you're in Texas.

Good machines but I prefer the first gen with actual knobs and not the keyboard.
You have a programmable Z on that thing so do get the manual and wear chart.

It will take some patience to get running but worth it. There's one for auction
on bidspotter if you're serious about it, get the best of the two running and
break apart the other for parts ?
