It cuts wire then just looses tension on the roller.*

Feeding wire > looses tension and goes backward > then feeds again.

My mistake. Happens when cutting wire.

Cut wire then few seconds later roller goes reverse and jockey roller falls to lower position. Tested brake when running and brake works.

Is there a parameter for the idle tension?

If during the threading sequence wire touches upper part of the annealing tube due to any reason the threading stops and an error appears (A2171-Buckling issue).

1. it is better to know the diameter of wire.
2. just check that wire is moving freely inside the tube and upper head and we have an air flow inside the tube around(28l/min).
3. if you have this problem during cutting sequence first remove the tube and then run a wire cut. Check if the wire is heated(wire becomes a little bit red)

Check belts, brake calibration then run the wire speed calibration cycle.
