We are wondering if we should have the cutter comp. turned on prior to cutting in a pocket. We are getting an alarm E105, which says "Segments do not intersect" when we try this. We are running Surfcam to gernerate our post which is not heavily modified. We started with a generic Fanuc post and we have been modifying it. Do most people add in lines for the cutter comp to start and another line to go past the start to clean up the walk on move? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
