I will be sinking marking stamps with my D10 when up and running.
Loking at copper electrodes to cut the mess or poco c3 graphite. Also the stamps are cut 30 to 50 thousandths so what do you all suggest. Also I am trying to decypher the the burn times and setting on the d10 for my application. Need an old system 3r catalogue so I know how to set up what I have and lastly , what do I use to attach the graphite to a tool holder and also copper to steel holder . thanks

We make a lot of circular print dies and use graphite exclusively. Depending on the level of detail (we use .005" diameter 10 or 20 degree engraving tools) and are milling .025 deep and burning .020" deep (so we don't actually burn the top of the character, it's cylindrical ground) in hard D-2 usually, Depending on size we use coins from 3R or sometimes 20mm posts. We have a Mits CNC sinker, so cant help with settings on your Charmilles
