Default CHARMILLES ROBOFIL- slow machining speed.

Friends have this machine- CHARMILLES ROBOFIL 240 SLP with following problem: they can't get to previous machining speeds, now they say it stays maximum at 30% on all thicknesses. I know that they have changed power feeder cables a time ago before it started. Maybe someone can give an idea of the reasons for such machine behaviour and where to start?

Not sure of that model number, but assuming it has similarites with their other models..

Check power contacts, ground cables. Custom tec file, or machine generated? Could be a programming error on stock thickness, wire type, or wrong tec file (material and or wire type incompatible). Could also look at FF value, should by default be at 100 (at least on a 290 and 310)...

Looks like exactly what I said to them to check. They ordered new power contacts as those already installed are under question. With ground cables do You mean those connected to table (workpiece)?
