Default Charmilles Robofil240 not cutting straight.

Hello, I have a Robofil 240 that is not cutting straight top to bottom. For example, If I cut a .375 dowel hole. It will be .375 on the top and .368 on the bottom. To me, it sounds like I have a taper setting turned on somewhere, but I have checked everywhere that I know of and cannot find anything. But it is doing this on all of my parts no matter the program. I just can't figure it out. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks,

A couple tenths wouldn't be terribly uncommon, but a few thou is quite a bit. How tall are the parts? I think I would start with new guides if I wasn't sure of their condition. Do consecutive wire guide setups repeat pretty close?

Yes, a few thou is way too much. The last part I did when I cut the .375 dowel hole was 1.5. The wire guides are new. 50 hours of cutting time maximum. Wire guide alignments repeat very close, and are all within limits.
